Friendship Quiz is a free platform that allows users to create personalized quizzes, share them with friends, and view results. No account or sign-up is required.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, including:

  • Quiz questions and answers.
  • Creator names and descriptions.
  • Player names submitted when taking quizzes.

You agree not to create content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
  • Defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Spam, phishing, or misleading in nature.

4. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice. User-created quizzes are automatically deleted after 7 days.

5. Intellectual Property

The Friendship Quiz name, logo, design, and pre-made quiz templates are owned by us. You retain ownership of the original content you create through the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friendship Quiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements. By using the Service, you agree that we may show ads and that ad partners may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
